Weekend Sales Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Weekend Sales Assistant to join our jewelry brand. If you have a passion for fashion and accessories, a keen eye for presentation, and love engaging with customers, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist customers in finding and selecting products Provide product knowledge and information to customers Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Meet or exceed sales goals Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Accurately keep updated inventory in the system. Create content (photos or videos in-store) during low traffic periods for social media usage. Hours (FLEXIBLE) Fridays: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Saturdays or Sundays: Flexible schedule, Option for extra hours or rotation Rate $17 per hour + commissions if the sales goals are met or exceeded. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of one year of experience in retail sales or customer service preferred but not required. Qualifications Availability to travel and start in February 2026 Reliable, punctual Has to be able to commit to the weekend schedule. Excellent personal presentation. A strong love for fashion and accessories. Fluent in English, Bilingual in Spanish is a plus , but not required. 15% off staff discount on all brand pieces. $20 credit for your first purchase.
