Hospitalist Physician

Job Title: OB/GYN Hospitalist Medical Director
Overview:
We are seeking a Board-Certified OB/GYN to serve as a Medical Director leading our OB Hospitalist Program. This leadership position offers the opportunity to guide clinical operations, implement best practices, and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional obstetric care. The role combines oversight, direct patient care, and strategic development within a dynamic hospital setting.
Required Skills:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven leadership experience in a hospital-based setting
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hospital staff and private physicians
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an OB/GYN Hospitalist preferred

Education and Experience:

• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Experience leading hospital-based OB/GYN teams

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work a minimum of 7 shifts per month (24-hour shifts)
• Ability to participate in hospital committees, quality initiatives, and program development
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards
• License requirements and additional certifications as applicable
