DriveWhip is a mobility provider in the Washington, DC area, with offices in multiple cities, that leases/rents vehicles to Uber, Lyft and other On‑Demand or Rideshare drivers. As a ground floor member of an exciting new company all associates will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities. An appreciation for the pros and cons of start‑up culture is a must. What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose & Repair: Keep our fleet running smoothly by tackling mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance issues. Preventative Maintenance: Oil changes, tire rotations, brake jobs—you name it, you handle it! Fleet Optimization: Work with our team to keep vehicles in top shape and ready to roll. Tech‑Savvy Fixes: Use modern diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems and keep repairs efficient. Team Collaboration: Work alongside our service and operations team to ensure fast, reliable vehicle turnaround. What We’re Looking For A mechanic guru with hands‑on experience in auto repairs and diagnostics. B‑Level or higher (Required). Someone who knows their way around engines, brakes, electrical systems, and more. A problem‑solver who can think on their feet and tackle challenges head‑on. A team player who works fast, smart, and with a great attitude. A valid driver’s license (because test drives are part of the fun!).
