Duties
The major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provides full staff assistance on administrative matters affecting the healthcare delivery system.
- Serves as a staff member directly supporting executive leadership responsible for planning, organization, development, direction, and evaluation of healthcare system operations.
- Implements long- and short-term plans, policies, and procedures, assuring that programs are integrated in order to support operational efficiencies and strategic priorities.
- Complete qualitative and quantitative studies including financial reports and cost effectiveness analyses.
- Develops reports, business plans and presentations for the healthcare system.
- Manages and/or prepares responses to organization correspondence and/or acts as a liaison or handles communication with persons and/or groups within and outside of the organization.
- Serves as a problem-solving resource for executive leadership and manages various strategic priorities and initiatives for executive leadership.
- Provides program direction to services, which includes continuing review and evaluation of operations, policies, and procedures to achieve efficiency, balance, and coordination among the facility programs and services.
- Assists with designing work processes and systems that are responsive to customer needs and uses customer feedback to plan and improve services.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
