Our client, an established producer of high-quality wood pellets based in Ladysmith, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Process & Equipment Operators. As a Process & Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety consciousness, and a willingness to learn and cross-train, contributing positively to a collaborative work environment. Job Title: Equipment Operator Location: Ladysmith, WI Pay Range: $21/hr Shift: 3rd Shift, 11p-7a What's the Job? Safely operate industrial machinery, including automated packaging lines Work collaboratively with team members to maximize output and maintain quality standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace following good housekeeping practices Assist with light-duty maintenance and operate forklifts as needed What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check Willingness to work in a physically active environment Safety-oriented mindset and reliable work ethic Prior forklift experience What's in it for me?
