Location: Tucson, AZ

Shift: 8am-5pm
Employment Type: Full-Time/ Temporary

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor specialized manufacturing and production equipment.
• Prepare materials and components for production runs.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.
• Assist with machine setup, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and communicate larger concerns.
• Follow safety, quality, and GMP procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals and customer deadlines.
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, production, printing, packaging, or machine operation experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train motivated individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

What Makes You Stand Out

Experience operating manufacturing equipment.
Experience in printing, packaging, or medical device manufacturing.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement experience.
Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
