Ticket Producer is a ticket resale company specializing in Broadway shows, concerts, and sporting events. Our team includes in‑person buyers (runners), operations admins, and a street sales team that sells tickets directly to the public near TKTS in the heart of Times Square. Role Overview We’re looking for a driven, experienced Sales Team Manager to lead and oversee our street sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing day‑to‑day team performance, hitting sales targets, and ensuring a smooth, professional customer experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Responsibilities Sell tickets directly to the public alongside the team. Recruit, train, and manage the street sales team. Set daily sales goals and monitor individual and team performance. Motivate and hold the team accountable to hitting targets. Coordinate with admins to ensure ticket availability aligns with sales activity. Resolve customer and team issues quickly and professionally. Report sales performance to leadership and flag inventory needs. Maintain a strong working knowledge of current show, concert, and event inventory. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in a street, field, or high‑volume retail environment. Prior team management or leadership experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, outdoor, and physically active work environment. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Familiarity with the live entertainment or ticketing industry is a plus. Experience meeting quotas.
