Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess patients respiratory conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer treatments such as ventilator management, aerosol therapies, and oxygen therapy.
  
  
• 
  Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment including Servo I, GE, V60, Airvo, and Vapotherm devices.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient responses and document progress accurately in the Meditech EMR system.
  
  
• 
  Follow unit policies and safety guidelines to maintain a secure and efficient environment.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with staff and physicians to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure.
  
  
• 
  Possess a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in Meditech EMR and advanced respiratory equipment.
  
  
• 
  BLS and ACLS certifications are required; NRP or STABLE preferred.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  
  
• 
  Be able to work 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays.
