Job Description Join Our Team as a Post Frame Crew Lead!
Custom Structures of South Dakota LLC in Rapid City is seeking a motivated and experienced Post Frame Lead to join our team. As a Post Frame Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a crew of builders and ensuring that all post frame construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew of builders in the construction of post frame buildings
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure project deadlines are met
- Ensure all work is completed according to building codes and company standards
- Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and performance
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in post frame construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
