Job Title: Radiologic Technologist – Radiographer
Location: Elmhurst, NY 11373
Work Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts | 37.5 hours per week
Duration: Contract
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Weekends and holidays may be required.
CompensationTravelers: $70/hour
Local Candidates: $60/hour
A healthcare facility in Elmhurst, NY is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist (Radiographer) to join the Diagnostic Radiology department .
The technologist will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures while ensuring high-quality imaging, patient safety, and compliance with clinical protocols in an acute care environment .
Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 1 year of experience as a General Radiographer
Acute care experience preferred
Ability to perform diagnostic imaging procedures while maintaining patient safety and imaging quality standards.
Completion of an approved Radiologic Technologist training program
Military training programs are acceptable if applicable.
ARRT Certification – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
Valid New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) Radiologic Technologist License
In-person interview required
Training: 2 weeks
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Includes EPIC system training
