Wound Care Opportunity
Join a compassionate team that’s making a difference—one patient, one wound, one healing story at a time. We’re seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with experience in Wound Care to serve patients in an assisted living facility in Columbus, OH 2 days a week. If you’re passionate about improving lives through skilled wound care and innovative approaches to healing, this opportunity is for you. As a part of our team you will:
- Conduct bedside wound care rounds
- Assess and manage treatment plans for each patient
- Perform dressing changes and medically necessary debridement
- Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing clinical network
Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the State of OH
- Prior Wound Care experience preferred
