A&P Mechanic II

Seeking experienced A&P Mechanics to perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications in a maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environment. This position supports a variety of aircraft platforms and offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled maintenance team while ensuring all work is completed in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft and aircraft systems. Troubleshoot and repair airframe, engine, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Conduct inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. Read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, and technical data. Complete accurate maintenance records and required documentation. Remove, install, test, and adjust aircraft components and systems. Perform operational and functional checks following maintenance activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Follow all company safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Assist with aircraft modifications, repairs, and return-to-service activities as assigned.

Requirements


FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required. Minimum 2 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance experience. Experience on any aircraft platform considered including military. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and maintenance documentation. Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Must have own tools required to perform assigned duties. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible schedules as needed.
