Product Manager

Job Overview Second Sight Solutions, a subsidiary of Berkeley Research Group (BRG), is a health technology company that reimagines how drug discount data is exchanged. We are looking for a Product Manager to manage a defined area of our product and drive impact through delivery. This role will report to the business lead of Product Management and partner closely with engineering, design, client teams, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Own product execution for a defined area of the product, clearly articulating direction and influencing cross‑functional partners to align and deliver. Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to understand various customer segments, validate solutions, and build products that scale. Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer impact, business goals, and market dynamics. Partner with engineering leads to ensure teams have well‑defined stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities. Manage and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Drive product launch operations for your area, including release planning, product documentation, communication, adoption, and iteration. Lead change management for product initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to plan, communicate, and support successful adoption and governance of new features. Define and track success metrics, using data and insights to inform decisions and trade‑offs. Operate with autonomy in an ambiguous environment, using judgment, intuition, and feedback loops to drive results. Qualifications Experience working in startups or fast‑paced environments, with a track record of driving meaningful growth for B2B products. Experience leading cross‑functional sprint teams comprised of design, engineering, and QA. Experience with product lifecycle, including strategic visioning, discovery, and delivery. Strong customer‑centric mindset with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product features and enhancements. Demonstrated experience using user insights, data, and analytics to inform product decisions, and translate the outcomes into a product roadmap. An instinct for creating simple, intuitive user experiences that solve complex problems. Experience in owning and managing a product roadmap for 2+ years, iterating based on customer needs and business outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization. Requirements 5-7 years' experience, with 4+ years of hands‑on Product Management experience. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience managing cross‑functional, technology‑enabled initiatives. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with change management and system rollouts. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar. Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments and balance competing priorities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders from individual contributors to senior leaders.
