Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high‑quality rehabilitation for seniors in skilled nursing and long‑term care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement individualized treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, provide gait and balance training, and assist with pain management and functional mobility. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, document progress accurately, educate patients and families, and contribute to a supportive, patient‑centered environment that promotes dignity, independence, and optimal quality of life.
