* This brand-new freestanding Emergency Department, opening in September 2026, offers an exceptional opportunity to join a new team providing high-quality emergency care. \n * Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools. \n * Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts. \n\n Qualifications:

* Board-certified/eligible in emergency medicine or board-certified in family medicine or internal medicine with emergency medicine experience. \n * Certifications Required for non-ABEM Physicians: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS. \n * Authorized to work in the United States. \n\n Scheduling:

* 24 hours of physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM. \n * 12 hours of APP coverage in the on-site Urgent Care. \n\n Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality care in a 7-bed ED and a 5-bed on-site Urgent Care. \n * Foster collaboration and support among team members. \n * EPIC is the EMR. \n\n Living and Working in Bowling Green:
