Job Overview
As an Onsite Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing associates within the facility, overseeing various processes related to new hires, scheduling, safety, and evaluating ongoing manpower needs. Your role is crucial in ensuring effective workforce management and compliance with company standards.
Duties
- Coordinate and supervise associates within the facility, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to work schedules.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling testing, orientations, drug testing, and medical evaluations.
- Collaborate with the team to assess ongoing workforce requirements and adjust staffing levels as needed.
- Conduct safety briefings and ensure that safety protocols are followed to maintain a secure work environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries, addressing concerns and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
Experience
- Proven experience in workforce management or coordination within a facility setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage various processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with onboarding procedures, including testing, orientation, and safety protocols.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a strong plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with associates and address their needs.
- Knowledge of manpower planning to determine staffing requirements based on workload and project demands.
