Job Title: Automation Machine Operator Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Automation Machine Operators for Terminal Block Automation Machinery. This role involves setting up and calibrating automated machines, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring the production of quality products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate automated machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain optimal operation.
• Inspect products for quality and consistency throughout the production cycle.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues as they arise.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to prevent downtime.
• Document production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Essential Skills

• Experience in machine operation and automation machinery is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot/fix minor issues without maintenance support.
• Proficiency in mechanical assembly, production, wiring, and blueprint reading.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with plastic, soldering, and inspection is beneficial.
• Basic PC skills are advantageous.

Work Environment

Enjoy a casual dress code with long pants and closed-toe shoes. Work on the second shift from 3pm to 11:30pm. The facility is modern and clean, supporting a comfortable and productive work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Middletown, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.25/hr.
