MPD Field Supervisor

We are currently seeking experienced Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) Professionals to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in drilling operations, well control, and pressure management technologies. Requirements Previous experience in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) operations. Experience with Rotating Control Devices (RCD) . Knowledge and operational experience in Underbalanced Drilling (UBD) . Strong understanding of drilling hydraulics and pressure management. Ability to work in fast‑paced drilling environments both onshore and offshore. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Preferred Certifications Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF or IADC WellSharp) H2S Certification SafeLand / PEC Certification First Aid & CPR (preferred) Responsibilities Monitor and manage MPD operations to ensure safe and efficient drilling performance. Perform equipment rig‑up and rig‑down activities. Operate and troubleshoot MPD systems and associated equipment. Maintain accurate operational reports and documentation. Coordinate with rig personnel, drilling contractors, and operators. Ensure compliance with all safety and operational procedures. What We Offer Competitive compensation.
