Job Title: Coordinator I, Inventory

Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota Job Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator I is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring materials are available and delivered to production lines in a timely manner. This role supports medical device manufacturing operations, with approximately 65 75% of work performed in a cleanroom environment and the remainder in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities:

• Kit components for medical device production orders in a cleanroom environment.
• Accurately count, verify, document, and assign components to production work orders.
• Perform physical and system-based material movements using SAP ERP .
• Execute Goods Receipts in SAP and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Transfer and stage materials for production according to established procedures.
• Assign materials to production orders and ensure required components are available to manufacturing lines.
• Work with pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation.
• Follow company procedures, work instructions, quality requirements, and regulated processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, quality, and other cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
• Communicate effectively with employees, customers, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Handle chemicals when required, following proper training, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
• Work overtime as required based on business needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Experience working in a cleanroom environment , preferably within medical device manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ERP , particularly material transfers, inventory transactions, Goods Receipts, and kitting.
• Experience assigning or issuing materials to production orders.
• Warehouse, inventory, manufacturing, or material coordination experience.
• Ability to accurately count, document, and track materials.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed process documents and work instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and cross-functional environment.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office .
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.

• Medical device manufacturing experience.
• Cleanroom manufacturing experience.
• Experience with SAP inventory management and production orders .
• Experience with Windchill .
• Experience with other ERP systems .
• Previous experience supporting minimally invasive medical device or electrophysiology products.
