Opening: Medical Receptionist
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $20-28 DOE
Full-Time | Monday-Friday |


I'm partnering with a well-established medical practice that's looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for their patients. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating a welcoming experience, this could be a great fit.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team in a stable, patient-focused practice where you'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Manage the front desk and ensure patients are checked in promptly.
• Assist patients with general questions and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
• Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and documents.
• Scan, file, and organize patient records and paperwork.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.

What We're Looking For

• Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or medical office experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a busy office while providing outstanding customer service.
• Experience in a medical setting is a plus but not required.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Open to part-time for the right candidate

Compensation
$20.00 - $28.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
