Project Coordinator

Project Coordinators / Back Office Support resources to support new-build projects and associated construction programs. The resources will manage high-volume administrative, scheduling, and coordination tasks that currently exceed team capacity. Positions exist to streamline project lifecycle workflows-from initiation through closeout-allowing Project Managers and Cx Managers to focus on field execution and strategic oversight. Coordinators will primarily perform documentation, tracking, validation, and stakeholder coordination activities essential for project continuity and timely delivery. Work will support multiple Cx programs, including IOA, existing conduit, and new-build/underwrite conduit initiatives. Scheduling, documentation, and coordination support required to ensure projects progress smoothly from initiation through closeout. Work includes, but is not limited to:

• Executing back-office administrative tasks associated with project setup, tracking, and documentation.
• Tracking and updating project spreadsheets, milestones, and schedules using Excel and project tracking tools.
• Performing checklist-driven validations (funding verification, PO issuance, approvals, vendor status, etc.).
• Preparing basic project reports, updates, and presentation materials in PowerPoint as needed.
• Acting as a cross-functional coordination point among approximately 20-26 daily stakeholders.
• Supporting three senior Cx Managers across the IOA, conduit, and new-build/underwrite programs.
• Providing general administrative and coordination support for multi-year, tiered infrastructure programs.

Qualifications:

• Years of experience: 1-3 working in a construction delivery environment.
• Understanding construction deliverables as builds, drawings, closeout documentation, material management, logistics
