Cloud Security Engineer (SRE / DevSecOps)

Atlanta, GA- Onsite (Locals only)

We are seeking a Cloud Security Engineer with strong SRE and DevSecOps experience to secure and automate cloud platforms across Azure and GCP . The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes (AKS/GKE), CI/CD pipelines, security automation, vulnerability remediation, and observability .

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reusable Terraform modules and Infrastructure-as-Code standards.
• Integrate security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines for code, containers, dependencies, and IaC.
• Automate security controls, compliance checks, and policy enforcement.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and applications for vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
• Collaborate with development teams to remediate security findings and improve secure coding practices.
• Manage secrets, certificates, IAM controls, and cloud access security.
• Document security standards, procedures, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Azure and GCP .
• Hands-on expertise with Terraform , GitHub Actions , FluxCD , and/or Rundeck .
• Experience securing and supporting AKS and GKE environments.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, networking, encryption, secrets management, and Zero Trust principles .
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Go .
• Experience with compliance frameworks such as NIST, CIS, PCI-DSS, SOC2, or ISO 27001 .
