Day In The Life Crew Team Member Responsibilities Connect with customers to ensure a positive experience Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s meals Prepare all McDonald’s World Famous food Partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals and have fun Keep the restaurant looking fantastic Shift Manager Responsibilities Lead shifts and provide leadership to crew and other managers Ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience Plan shifts and monitor performance during the shift Take action to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards Monitor safety, security, and profitability Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a great shift Meet targets and help departments achieve goals Manage inventory, scheduling, and training Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older to work as a Shift Manager; crew members may be 16 or older Outstanding attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and capability to excel in a fast‑paced team environment Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment Flexible schedule and teamwork orientation Additional Information This posting provides an overview of the role and is not a complete job description.
