Data Analyst In The Data Science Hub

As the Data Science Hub Europe in Nestle, we continuously search for new talents to join our international team dedicated to delivering efficient and high-quality data solutions. In your role of a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with fellow Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Engineers to drive innovation and develop top-notch analytical and machine learning models and methods. Your skill, competence and creativity will directly support and directly impact critical business decisions in areas of supply chain and marketing.

In this role you will:

• Actively participate in each stage of the data science lifecycle, from business understanding through model development to industrialization
• Build and maintain analytical models to optimize business decisions
• Generate and share powerful insights with Analysts, Data Scientists and other non-technical audience · Collaborate with members of Data Science Hub and other departments to deliver data solutions in production
• Engage in big scale transformation projects primarily within Supply Chain area
• Support continuous improvement of how we work in the Data Science Hub

You are the right candidate if you bring along:

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
• Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Big Data or similar studies
• Good knowledge backed by practical application of at least one language used in statistical analysis (Python or R preferred)
• Good communication and presentation skills and willingness to grow · Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts (incl. statistical tests, feature selection, time series modelling, regression & classification algorithms, clustering etc.) · Fluency in spoken and written English

You will draw even more of our attention if you have:

• Experience working in Azure cloud and/or with Databricks
• Good command of version control tools (git)
