Job Description Pediatric Clinic Director & Equity Partner (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, and Speech‑Language Pathologist License Required) SORA, a part of Ivy Rehab for Kids – Start‑up Your Own Outpatient Pediatric Clinic! You help kids thrive. That’s your lane, and you crush it. The business side—marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems—you’re not expected to manage that, we handle it. You can focus on your patients & families while we help grow a successful clinic without burning out. Requirements You must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program. Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required as there is a treating component to this opportunity.
