Financial Analyst

IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Support planning cycles such as POR, budget development, profit reviews, and related submissions and presentations. Perform month‑end and quarterly activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, monthly/ quarterly forecasts and preparation of recurring, and ad‑hoc financial reports. Analyze financial data, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decisions. Contribute to intelligent automation initiatives by leveraging new tools to create accurate, consistent, and timely reporting. Support product costing. Partner with leaders to develop materials for key meetings and presentations. Lead annual budget preparation and annual costing updates.

Who You Are: You ground yourself in data and focus on key metrics. You use financial analysis to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities. You identify and seize new opportunities. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. For This Role, You Will Need: A background in accounting or finance, with experience applying analytical thinking to solve problems. 2 years of experience working in finance or accounting functions. Strong analytical skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office tools. The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with teams and leaders across the organization. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Masters Degree Experience working in a manufacturing environment in finance or accounting Oracle and Hyperion (HFM) experience
