Delivery Drivers play a key role in safe, reliable front-line service with company-provided vehicles. Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence & Communication – Deliver WOW! customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services. Leadership & Teamwork – Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts to ensure smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships. Metrics Mindedness & Process Orientation – Maintain efficient delivery operations, meet time and accuracy goals, and follow company policies. Delivery Operations – Drive company-provided vehicles, ensure safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers; load and unload parts accurately per route schedules. Returns & Pickups – Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors. Safety Compliance – Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment. Cash & Charge Transactions – Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies. Product Knowledge & Fleet Maintenance – Stay updated on promotions and automotive products; maintain delivery vehicles and report issues promptly. Qualifications Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Valid Driver’s License & Safety Compliance: Must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to driver safety requirements. Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills; effective communication in English and Spanish preferred. Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail Hazmat Endorsement Preferred: Hazmat endorsement a plus for handling regulated materials.
