Shift Supervisor

DESCRIPTION Manager OFF every Sunday!! Description The Shift supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on customer service and employee satisfaction. Requirements The ideal candidate will exhibit the following qualities:
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Well versed in food safety and restaurant guidelines
- Cheerful and Positive Attitude
- Teamwork oriented
- Serving leader
- Ability to foster a positive work environment.
- One year or more previous management experience required.
- Must be available to work weekends.
- Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety and Chick-fil-A standards.
- Manages inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
- Willing to be hands on in the Front and Back of House.
- Lead and maintain a safe and encouraging environment for team members
- Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
- Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bust be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
