Behavior Technician - ABA Center

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment. Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference. Participate in training and apply feedback to grow your skills. Communicate effectively with families and team members. Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality are required. Active, hands‑on approach to work — you’ll often engage in play, kneeling, or lifting small children. Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information. Dependable, compassionate, and eager to grow in a supportive environment.
