You’ll guide experience strategy, mentor designers, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver intuitive, impactful user experiences. After that, it will adapt to a minimum of one day per week based on the needs of the role, team, and individual. This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but may delegate tasks to junior team members. Work is primarily computer-based, with regular collaboration across teams, clients, and vendors. Occasional travel of up to 10% may be required.
