Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree, business coursework, or administrative support training preferred.

Job Duties

• Collect, track, and enter employee time-off requests accurately.
• Assist with timekeeping and attendance-related processes.
• Work directly with union employees and supervisors regarding scheduling and employee-related matters.
• Create, maintain, and distribute Excel reports as needed.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide administrative support for HR activities and projects.
• Assist with payroll and HR-related tasks as needed.
• Perform other administrative and HR duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels.
• HR, payroll, Kronos, or timekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HR processes and payroll procedures.
• Experience with Kronos or similar timekeeping systems.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while performing office tasks.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment.
• Occasional lifting or moving of office supplies and materials up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and visitors.
