Senior Cell Assay Support Specialists
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a Senior Cell Assay Support Specialist to provide technical support for cellular and biochemical assay products to global customers. The role involves troubleshooting assays, documenting issues, collaborating on product improvements, and training support personnel from a Fremont, California office.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical contact for pre- and post-sale support via email, phone, and conference calls
- Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate investigations with manufacturing and R&D teams
- Maintain technical support knowledge database and case management system documentation
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance on product improvement tracking and issue resolution
- Assist with product documentation development and training of technical support personnel
Requirements
- PhD or Master's in cell biology, pharmacology, or related discipline
- 1–2 years (PhD) or 2–4 years (Master's) experience with cell-based assays
- Expertise diagnosing and troubleshooting complex biological assay problems
- Strong understanding of cell signaling biology and basic pharmacology
- Knowledge of kinases and receptor biology (GPCRs, checkpoint, RTK/CTKs, NHRs, interleukins, ion channels)
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, GraphPad Prism, FileMaker, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
