The PO acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, driving product strategy, prioritization, and execution within an Agile framework.The role focuses on maximizing product value by translating business needs into actionable user stories and ensuring continuous delivery of customer-centric solutions.Key Responsibilities:Product Vision & StrategyDefine and communicate product vision, roadmap, and release plansAlign product strategy with business goals and customer needsContinuously refine the roadmap based on market trends and feedbackBacklog ManagementOwn and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritised based on value and impactBreak down epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteriaContinuously groom and reprioritise backlog itemsStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and feedbackAct as the "voice of the customer" across development teamsFacilitate alignment between business, operations, and technology teamsAgile Delivery ExecutionWork closely with Scrum teams during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectivesProvide clarifications and remove blockers for the development teamEnsure timely delivery of features aligned with sprint goalsProduct Development & DeliveryTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specificationsEnsure quality delivery through collaboration with QA and DevOps teamsTrack product performance, KPIs, and feature adoptionContinuous ImprovementDrive product enhancements based on analytics, feedback, and operational insightsIdentify process improvements for better delivery efficiency and qualityEnsure continuous feedback loop with stakeholders and end-usersRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field5–10 years of experience in Product Ownership / Product Management / Business AnalysisStrong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologiesProven experience in backlog management and product lifecycle managementKey Skills:Product backlog prioritisationAgile / Scrum practicesUser story writing & acceptance criteriaStakeholder communicationBusiness & technical requirement translationAnalytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills:Domain experience (Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, etc.)Exposure to tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, ConfluenceUnderstanding of APIs, integrations, and digital platformsKey Stakeholders:Business & Operations teamsEngineering / Development teamsQA & DevOps teamsUX/UI and Data teams$60 - $65 an hour
