Materials Analyst – Short‑Term Position Start: ASAP. End: 3–6 months. 1st shift – 40–45 hours per week. Schedule: 7:30 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Friday. Onsite at the St. Nazianz, WI location. Must be able to come to work daily. This role coordinates the St. Nazianz plant’s inbound logistical operations. Key Responsibilities Control and schedule the flow of goods, information, and resources in a timely, proactive manner. Procure material, warehouse and distribute raw materials, goods-in-process, and manage inventory. Control the commercial impact of activities such as receiving, locating, dispatching, sourcing, purchasing, and optimizing inventory levels. Analyze contractual commitments, customer specifications, design changes, and other data to plan and develop logistic program activities from conceptual stage through product life‑cycle. Develop and implement program activities, coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, production departments, and field service personnel, and resolve logistics problems to meet commitments. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; or high school diploma/GED plus 3+ years experience as a Materials Analyst/Material Planner in manufacturing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work. Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and Outlook; basic Access skills. Demonstrated ability to see issues through to resolution. Good analytical and problem‑solving skills. Experience with ERP systems and SAP. Advanced PC skills, including MS Office suite. Experience in World Class Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement. Experience in an OEM vehicle environment is a plus. Strong technical skills and aptitude. Experience working with cross‑functional teams. Additional Requirements Background verification required. Drug screening required. Qualification rating: Must have CNH Company Default Category.
