Medical Surgical Oncology - Travel Registered Nurse

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - James Cancer Hospital and Research and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - James Cancer Hospital and Research.

Required Skills/Experience: Skills: MS/Tele (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry); Telemetry monitoring; Interpretation of dysrhythmias; Use of Rapid Response Teams; Feeding tube care and management; Blood product administration; Central line blood draw; Peripheral line care/management; PICC line management; Nasal cannula administration

Required Credentials: Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program.

Unit/Facility Details: Mixed acuity PCU and MS unit.

Shift & Scheduling: D/N or Nights.

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Can not apply to any James Cancer Hospital & Research facilities if you have an active application to any of the Ohio State University facilities.

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 7 days

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 2 years

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years
