This is a senior leadership role responsible for building strong client relationships, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a Project Executive, you'll provide strategic oversight for multiple projects while partnering with operations, estimating, field leadership, and executive leadership to drive operational excellence and support continued business growth. Key Responsibilities Provide executive leadership for multiple commercial and industrial construction projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and internal teams. Lead project strategy from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery. Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, risk management, and overall financial performance. Mentor and develop Project Managers while fostering collaboration across project teams. Partner with estimating and preconstruction teams during pursuits, budgeting, and project planning. Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining client satisfaction and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements. Support business development efforts by cultivating existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. 10+ years of progressive commercial construction experience, including leadership of large, complex projects. Proven success managing multiple commercial and industrial construction projects simultaneously. Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and overall project performance. Experience leading and developing high-performing project teams. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Working knowledge of construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
