Director of Finance

Reporting to the President & CEO, the Director of Finance serves as a key strategic advisor to the CEO, senior leadership team, and Board of Directors, providing financial leadership that supports sound decision-making, effective governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and the organization's long-term financial sustainability. The role also contributes to strategic planning and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced finance leader with a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to leadership. Main responsibilities include:Provide strategic financial leadership, advice, and reporting to the President & CEO, Board of Directors, and senior leadership teamLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support organizational goals and long-term sustainabilityOversee all accounting and financial operations, including reporting, payroll, cash flow, investments, and financial controlsPrepare and present financial statements, forecasts, and insights to support informed decision-making and governance activitiesEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, accounting standards, audits, insurance requirements, and risk management practicesManage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, investment advisors, and external service providersSupport payroll, benefits administration, and related reporting requirementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders on strategic initiatives, committees, and continuous process improvement effortsThis is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your financial expertise and leadership to an organization with national impact!
