We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. Enjoy a four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.Responsibilities:Conduct inspections and ensure quality in brazing welds and cab manufacturing.Provide training on welding operations and techniques, focusing on safety and efficiency.Develop training materials and curriculum for both in-person and online sessions.Utilize the ADDIE model for training development and demonstrate technical proficiency with tools like JDE2, Pierce Truck Builder, and ProPlanner.Facilitate high-voltage training sessions and support team members as needed.Communicate effectively and maintain positive relationships with all team members.Requirements:High school diploma or GED.Five years of welding experience with aluminum and steel.Current Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.Ability to pass a weld test.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint).Ability to accurately read a ruler to the 1/32" of an inch.Preferences:Experience with the arch welding process on MIG and aluminum.Ready to take the next step in your career?
