You'll lead engineering strategy, drive technical excellence, and oversee the delivery of highly reliable, mission-critical software across advanced aerospace platforms. The role will suit a hands-on engineering executive who enjoys building exceptional teams, mentoring senior engineering leaders, influencing architecture and product strategy, and creating an engineering culture capable of delivering at the highest level.
