What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients and present customized roofing solutions
- Perform accurate estimates and roof assessments
- Manage leads and contracts through CRM software
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Network and identify new business opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of commercial & residential roofing sales/estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems and blueprint reading
- Proficiency with estimating and CRM software (AccuLynx a plus)
- Self-motivated, organized, and relationship-driven
- Physically able to perform roof inspections
