Licensing Specialist

To support critical business objectives around clinician licensing, the full-time Licensing Specialist will manage licensing activities for various clinical staff, ensuring adherence to guidelines and successful credentialing while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Initiate and facilitate licensing activities for new and existing clinicians, including physicians and mental health professionals Perform administrative support for obtaining and maintaining state licensure and ensure successful completion of licensing plans Communicate risks and milestones to leadership while supporting special projects related to licensing strategy and regulatory topics Required qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience directly licensing clinicians, preferably in both behavioral health and medical license types Ability to work with highly confidential information and maintain meticulous attention to detail Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strong results orientation Service-oriented, self-confident, and dependable with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Adept at identifying opportunities for improvement and effectively communicating concerns
