Matriarch Home Care Concierge provides elevated, relationship-focused in-home support for clients who expect privacy, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail. As we continue growing, we are seeking experienced caregivers to join our team in flexible part-time and PRN capacities throughout Davidson County.

Services provided exclusively within Davidson County and surrounding communities. Care delivered in private residences. Professional, respectful, and discreet environment.

10 AM - 3 PM Monday - Sunday.

The Elite Care Specialist plays a key role in delivering personalized, high-quality support tailored to each client's lifestyle and preferences. This position is best suited for caregivers who operate with independence, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.

Deliver customized, concierge-style in-home support. Assist with activities of daily living and mobility needs. Provide companionship and meaningful engagement. Observe and report changes in client condition. Maintain accurate documentation. Promote a safe, organized, and calm home setting. Communicate clearly with families and care leadership. Uphold company standards of discretion and integrity.

Minimum of 1 year caregiving, CNA, or home care experience preferred. Strong reliability and time management. Professional communication skills. Comfortable working independently in client homes. Valid transportation. Weekend availability highly valued.
