Courier Position at LabcorpLabcorp is seeking a Courier to join our team in Raritan, NJ. Work Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 7:00am – 3:30pm.Job Responsibilities:Load all necessary suppliers needed for the daily pickupsComplete daily pick up schedule in a timely mannerDeliver all daily picks to your branch at the end of your shiftHandle all specimens and lab samples in a safe and efficient mannerSafely operate a company vehicle and obey all traffic lawsUtilize handheld electronic device to manage daily picks upWork directly with the dispatcher for additional pick-ups as neededEvaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as neededMinimum Qualifications:No education or experience requiredPreferred Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED or equivalent6 months or more of driver or courier experience6 months or more of customer service experienceAdditional Job Standards:Very punctual with strong time management skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to problem solve customer issuesAble to lift up to 50 lbs.Valid Driver's License and clean driving recordBe at least 21 years' oldAt Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives. In addition, for only $125 per month, you will have the option of taking this vehicle home with you and using it for personal use.**Pay Range: $17.75 - $23.00 per hourAll job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
