Our ideal candidate is a motivated team player who has the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced work environment. You will manage client communications, nurture important relationships, and keep track of policy details and documentation in a secure system. This is a critical role on our team with a strong focus on client services to foster ongoing sales and renewals. Compensation:

$72,000 - $82,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs.
• Educate clients on insurance and financial protection option.
• Participate in ongoing sales and professional development training
• Set and achieve team weekly and monthly performance goals.
• Develop the skills necessary to advance others in leadership and management.

Qualifications:

• Self-disciplined and dependable
• Comfortable working in a performance based environment.
• Strong desire to grow professionally and financially.
• Insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is highly preferred but candidates with the appropriate skills should still apply, training is provided
