Logistics Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Logistics Manager to lead our domestic and cross-border transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. In this high-impact role, you will help ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and compliant movement of materials and finished goods across multiple regions while partnering cross-functionally to support our growing manufacturing operations. What You’ll Do Lead domestic and international transportation and distribution operations Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, and customs brokers Ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods to support production and customers Drive cost savings through optimization of freight, routes, and service levels Partner with Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Customer Service teams to align logistics with business needs Oversee inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and process efficiency Lead continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and mitigate supply chain risks Develop, coach, and support logistics team members What You Bring Strong experience in logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations (manufacturing preferred) Proven ability to manage domestic and international freight (parcel, LTL, FTL) Knowledge of import/export regulations, customs compliance, and shipping documentation Experience with ERP systems (Epicor a plus) and strong Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain Leadership or management experience preferred Experience working with carriers, 3PLs, and international shipping operations Why Join Us High-visibility role with direct impact on global operations Opportunity to lead and optimize a multi-location supply chain Collaborative, team-oriented culture Competitive compensation and benefits Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
