What You’ll Be Doing Leading business process analysis and creating detailed documentation Mapping complex end-to-end workflows using Lucid or Visio Collaborating closely with development, QA, and product teams Supporting the Scrum team with clear requirements and timely feedback Facilitating meetings with stakeholders, including executive leadership Reviewing functionality pre-release to ensure quality and alignment Driving user acceptance testing and production readiness activities What You’ll Need to be Considered Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred Comfort working in a fast-changing, high-demand environment Experience mapping extremely large or complex processes Background in Healthcare or Pharmacy Benefits Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks #J-18808-Ljbffr
