Sr Regional Oncology Specialist - ID, WY, MT

Abbott seeks a Senior Regional Oncology Specialist to drive sales of cancer diagnostics products across Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho. The role involves managing territory accounts, building relationships with healthcare providers, and implementing strategic plans to maximize product utilization while supporting corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales objectives through field-based provider engagement and account development in assigned territory
Develop and execute strategic territory management plans to maximize product utilization in target accounts
Build relationships with oncology and pathology opinion leaders while managing reimbursement and patient access
Drive growth using clinical expertise, competitive intelligence, and disease state knowledge
Attend sales meetings and professional conferences as needed; travel 75% of time

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in sales, business, marketing, science, or related field; or 4+ years relevant experience
5+ years of sales experience selling complex medical oncology, diagnostics, or healthcare products
3+ years specialty medical sales in buy & bill, medical device, or clinical specialties
3+ years selling in highly competitive environments
Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record (no suspensions, revocations, or violations)
