The role focuses on day-to-day recruiting activities, onboarding new employees, and moving candidates through the onboarding funnel while supporting efficient HR processes. You will work with HR Generalists, hiring managers, and leaders across 130 franchise locations, using Paylocity to manage hiring stages and maintain accurate employee records.
