PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) | CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT JOB OVERVIEW
Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and overall functional independence.
This assignment offers guaranteed hours, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative interdisciplinary healthcare team focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

- Shift Time: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- Day Shift
- Flexible Schedule Available
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $58.80 - $68.60 per hour
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, acute care, or long-term care settings preferred
- Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and positive clinical outcomes
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform comprehensive mobility, strength, balance, and functional assessments
- Implement therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and rehabilitation programs
- Establish measurable treatment goals and monitor patient progress
- Modify treatment plans based on patient response and clinical findings
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapy assistants, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient progress reviews
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Promote patient safety, independence, and overall quality of life
- Guaranteed 35 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $58.80 - $68.60 per hour
