Restorative Nursing Assistant - Mobility & Rehab Support

Imperialcresthc in Hawthorne, CA seeks a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) for on-call AM shifts at our SNF/SAU. The RNA works with the Therapy Department under the supervision of the Charge Nurse to promote resident mobility through restorative nursing. Key duties include ROM and ADL support, documenting progress, monitoring devices, and assisting CNAs in safe transfers.
